The Salas Brothers, Rudy and Steve of “Tierra” fame have outdone themselves in this gritty, explosive remake of the Young Rascals 60’s super hit, “People Got To Be Free” from their upcoming The Salas Brothers CD.

Recruiting some of the best Latino “Session” players in the business, including from the group War, Sal Rodriguez on drums, Tony Banda (Bass) from the Poncho Sanchez band, Bobby Espinoza with his unique style on the Hammond B3 Organ from the group El Chicano, Joey Navarro, keyboard wizard of Tierra, and vocalist extraordinaire from the Eastside of L.A., Ray Jimenez from Li’l Ray fame.  These Chicano good ol’ boys “whip up a big bowl of spicy chili that will have you dancing in the aisles.  With The Salas Brother powerful harmonies, Steve Salas’ patented lead vocals, Ray Jimenez’ soulful touch (rhythm section), along with Tierra horn section consisting of Victor Cisneros, Rudy “Bub” Villa, and Jeff Lewis, and Rudy Salas’ burning guitar licks.
